A: Finding meaning and purpose in this sometimes difficult life can be challenging for many. One thing I like to remind my clients is that we all have various meanings and purposes in life. Some examples of this would be, being a good friend, family member, owner of a pet, caring for an elderly family member, being a good listener to others.
